Buying a 1988 Vert, RAGTOP BABY!

I am waiting for the guy who is selling the car to figure out the title problem (aka it was signed in the wrong spot.) Anyways the car is in fair shape except for the top which looks like it was run over by a lawn mower, thrown into the EYE of hurricaine Katrina then left in the sun to dry out. The rest is nice. Well that is except for the motor which has 0 compression on the rear rotor. And the tires are shot. I am getting it for under 5 bills so I feel like that is fair... 114k on the clock. I am pretty excited and will probably do a T2 swap. She runs and drives, doesn't smoke either, really strange....... Anyways here is a picture.

I have heard that the catylitic converter clogging will cook the rear rotor and cause Zero compression. Looks decent from what I can tell.
