You need minimum of a working 3way cat and an air pump.

Do you have both? It looks like your cat is shot.

I really dont know what the air pump looks like, but when I look at the engine I got only two belts installed one for alternator and for powersteering. How do I know if my cat is really bad?

Is it better to go emission specialist to work on my emissions? I really dont know what to do since this is my only car that failed the emissions.

clean your plugs, run your gas down to 1/8 tank, fill the tank with a bottle of gas line antifreeze, add a gallon of gas to mix it up. pass emissions...

^Pvill Knight's suggestion seems to be somewhat common. You want to make sure you drive it ONLY from the nearest gas station to the testing facility, 'cuz of risk of damage to your car.

thats why i prefer everclear... doesnt hurt the car to run on it.

the air pump will be on the other side from the ac and ps. kinda looks like a really simple alternator... kinda.

you should get BRAND new spark plugs, and a new cat. any old tire/muffler shop can put it on for you.

I havent try anything because I got some starting problems before, but now my car starts fine already. I premix my car also. emissions has been removed and i dont know what emission parts do i need to put in besides the air pump. I know this thread is a month old, but starting problems suddenly appear before i try all of your suggestions.

The Air Pump, the BAC(ACV) valve and the Six port actuators,..are all gone out of your Engine Bay..Essentially you have no Emission Stuff on your Engine.,.Try to Find somebody that is close to you, that has a BONE STOCK car.you can look at it and Compare your car to theirs. That way you can get a good idea as to what it needs..otherwise you are Trying to Ask Guys on forum to Take their Wildest Guess as to What you need..like Trying to Kill a Cloud!.
