Angry hella ruff idle......

k motor turns over just fine then when it drops down the the normal rpms it gets really shakey.. rpms will bounce ne where from 500 to 900 and occasionally stall on me.. im thinkin its the afm because i had a friend hold it open while the motor idled and it seemed to smoothen it out.. but i just wanted to double check with some forum membs first to see if ne one else has had this prob... this is the third afm ive gone through in a year...

i had the same problem.

try this. there is a sensor thats mounted on the strut tower next to the lean/rich mixture adjuster. this box has a hose coming out of it. it goes onto the lim near the acv. there should be something to plug it into.

i dont know how else to discribe it, does your 5th sand 6th ports seem to stick a lil more then usual now?
