This will help with Identifying the differences between both.

As for the swap it's been covered hundreds of times. Use the search button.

While I'm at it. The turbo FC's came with 4 piston brakes and so did the S4 GXL, but not the S5. I think the S4 GXL's also had LSD but S5 didn't have it (shows how the S5's were inferior to the S4's). As for the swap, you will need the turbo driveshaft (I have one for sale). The turbo FC's were 4 port, while the NA's were 6 port. I think you will also need the tranny, also. If you want to complete the swap, you will ultimately get teh LSD . Hope that helps.

my GXL has a s413bt, tII hood, mirrors, s5 tall lights, tranny, drive shift, lsd, & rear axle and it all fits strat in if your going s4 tII to s4 GXL i believe, i know some s4 and s5 parts don't fit but i don't know witch ones.

nevermind i got it to work it because I was copying and pasting and it was spelled diff. sorry and thanks again. The reason im doing a s4>s5 its because the s5 is gutted and all i need to do is just change the wiring and the ecu which i have off the s4 and switch out the tranny and stuff.
