Well let me comment on this too... If I am 10 years older then you (and so much more immature) that would make you 17... So you are a mother at 17?? Wow not only are you annoying but you are also a ***** I guess.. Maybe you should focus less on who's legs I am opening and learn to keep your legs shut...

BTW now that everyone knows you are a girl, be prepared to get leg humped over the internet..

My car smokes a little bit on startup, and it has done since i had the engine rebuilt. But it doesnt smoke like crazy for 10 min. Just find a mechanic near your place that knows rotarys and ask them. If its your turbo seal or something, the car will shoot massive flames

Here we go again... I'm staying out of this thread...

OP- It sounds like a coolant seal, drive it till you have $ to rebuild it, and be saving for a rebuild in the mean time.

RRTEC out.

White sweetish smoke equals coolant. It doesn't need to smell sweet, but usually it does. I had the same problem with my NA until it just wouldn't start anymore and rebuilt the engine. When I pulled it apart, peices of water seal were missing and at the bottom of one of the side housings about an inche of the groove the seal goes in was gone. Another not so scientific way to check if you have a leaking water seal is to warm the car up and take off the radiator cap and see if it's pushing water out the neck. If a water seal is bad the compression of the rotor will pressurize the coolant system and push water out. Something else to check is your overflow bottle. It there oily sludge in th bottom? Possible indication of coolant seal failure. If those are happening, chances are you need a rebuild. Eventually the seals will fail completely and flood the rotor chamber and you'll never get it started. This is exactly waht happened to me and I had to do a complete rebuild. See my thread for completed pictures of what it looks like now.

Ammended. If you just had it rebuilt, one of the water seal got twisted during installation and it's not sealing properly until it heats up. It happens.

i just bought a JDM import 88 FC3S the motor was rebuilt here in Australia by a mazda dealer and was extend ported. According to the old owner the engine was rebuilt around 26,000kms ago or 16,000miles......
when the engine is started cold it seems to smoke a bit but once even slightly warm will stop.. its not pure blue smoke but its defiantely a light tinge of blue/ black smoke.. its running a stock computer and i believe (due to the very pungent exhaust odour) is running extremly rich.

the blueish smoke does bother me alot tho cause i cant afford a new motor at the moment. Im just hoping it smokes cause it has not really been driven for a week now and before that 3 months..........

i think if a daily driven car was smoking cold, id say either turbo or engine seals. especially if it stops smoking when warmed up.

turbo might be leaking. i had the same problem on my 7 but it was N/A. but the turbo does tend to leak if not maintained right. other then that it might be oil cooler lines imo.
