Prosport wideband question?

A friend gave me his old wideband that had a positive, negative, and a gray wire. It looks like an older model for sure but i wanted to see if this was usable.
I have an fc 1990
this is the closest i could find to the one i have in google images its called AUTOGAUGE 52MM SMOKED FACE AIR FUEL RATIO GAUGE

my question is can i just t off the existing o2 sensor cable ?

I know minimal about widebands, but, what I do know is, you cannot use the OEM style o2 sensor, you need a 4 wire heated o2 sensor (I believe)

someone with more brains will chime in

then it would be a narrow band gauge.

It is reading from a narrow band O2 sensor.
