about 1 min after you start, increasing rpm's 1000 to
3000 parked and under hard acceleration. Northern L.a.County, just got the car in May from family, sat off and on for 1.5 years, smog test only and brakes. Thanks

update
Thanks to all who have responded. Heres more info on problem.
1. idle to 2500 rpm- off and on Greyish smoke
2. stop and go driving occasional burst of blue-grey smoke
3. freeway speeds 65-85 smokes under deacceleration and steady speeds (eases up under acceleration temporarily)
DO I disconnect manual arm to pump and run pre-mix to see if problem goes away?
DO I have internal problems APEX seals?
Car has good power, oil psi is 30-35 @900 rpm at idle. Goes up to 60+ under driving conditions.
Thanks again.

Sounds to me like your turbo seals are gone...
Dont freak out to much, it shouldnt cost you the earth to fix. Mind you the turbo will have to come out and be sent to someone that rebuilds them. Get it highflowed while its out!!!!
Im sorry , but I dont know of were to go over there to get it fixed. I live in Australia..
You can check to see if your oil metering pump is dumping to much oil in by pulling your plugs out and having a look at them to see if they are gumbed up. If they are realy old plugs you might want to think about replacing them and go for a drive and cheak them afterwards.

Do you have a turbo ? turbo won't be the problem IF HE DOESNT HAVE ONE
your problem is your oil control rings....
go ahead and try disconnecting your OMP control arm and running premix.. but you will have the same results most likely..
the seals probably just wore out from sitting so long....
rebuild is only fix if that is the case.... Do it yourself cheaper, funner, and you learn more about rotaries
Apex seals would have no affect on burning exessive oil..
