Same thing happened to me many years ago when I tried to remove those blots. The inner steel sleeve of the bushing seized to the bolt. You'll need to burn the rubber bushing out with a propane torch. The bolts are still available from Mazda. The Mazda p/n is FB01-26-136. Your local Mazda dealer should be able to get them or try ordering them from Tasca (https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts...-arm-fb0126136).

If you got it out of the rubber (by twisting the bushing apart like I did), then heat it up good with a torch and hammer it *while the sleeve is laying flat on the anvil part of your vice*. Hitting it sideways (instead of strait out) will flex the sleeve a bit and break the rust-fuse. Clean the bolt off and you're good to go!

I have taken apart multiple sub frames and so far a consistent 50% of the time one of the DTSS bolts has seized and rusted into the sleeve.
my advice is buy a new bolt, heating the bolt can change the grade, and if the coatings gone and the bolts started to rust it’s garbage

You're not going to have any luck sourcing that bolt (talking from personal experience) it is discontinued and finding the perfect fit is near impossible. Trust me, it's not seized, you need to use a vice or vice-grip and a 1/2" impact to zap the bolt off the sleeve. Gotta give it a couple of zaps and it will come right out! I'll upload a video for you on how I did it.

Mazda has the bolts, the dealership will have to order them, but they are available FB01-26-136
