Indeed, demonspeed just up and took off, which was quite odd considering he was quite well liked by most, I was quite impressed with him actually, up until he vanished and forgot to sendme my things, but I'm not too worried about it, however you guys with your lips payed a lot more than I did for my clutch line

I'm still hoping he's gonna come through but it's been over 4 months since I've gotten a response from him.

 

AFter reading about 3 pages of that thread i came to my own conclusion that the guy is a jerk off. Probably living it up in the caribean. Seems like he started a little business to get a good reputation and as soon as he felt his business wouldn't get any better he took off with all the cash.

 

Doesn't ANYONE have his business address or home address?? Whoever lives in that state could file with the small claims court and have everyone else give him or her proof that he cashed their checks/money order.
Paypal will have record as well.

 

Well I'm one of the people who got ripped off from Demonspeed. I'm down $550..
Apperently demonspeed was cutoff from paypal lately. I guess from the numerous complaints paypal recieved. Now demondspeed is using another companie online to act as the middle person in order to sell his product.

 

Can't Paypal do something? It is illegal as most of you know to advertise and not deliver. It seems like some of you are just accepting what happened. There has got to be someone who knows something about his shop or address. You all have payment proof and the numerous e-mails from people he has ripped off. You just need to have someone go to Small Claims Court and file. Then he'll receive a court date to appear after a few weeks.
****, if it was me, I'd do whatever to get his ***. You guys cannot let him get away with it. Obviously, after numerous attempts he just decided to ignore everyone.

 

did ANYONE use the US Postal Service (MAIL) to send to him? If so, file a mail fraud complaint. The USPS doesn't mess around, and mail fraud is a felony.
