Damn TB Mod

In the middle of doing It. Freaken Secondary plate screws will NOT come out. I'm using tons of WD-40 and using Sears Craftsman Screw Extractor (saved me when I removed the Fuel Pump Cover.

Doing TB Mod and porting my Manifolds).

I should mention I have put a hammer to It and gave It a good whack. In the mean time I'm soaking It. Any other suggestions? Drill them out?

Yea looks like I am going to have to. I've been giving them a shot of WD-40 after every reply I made.

I don't even bother trying to remove them. I just whip out the dremel and a nicely oiled drill bit.

Drilled em' out.

Whenit came to the bar... that wouldn't come out either. Bolt-cutters free'd that right up too.

bolt cutters in the TB throat??? wtf! that shaft should slide out without any problems. Brass bushings in either end....

I remember fighting those screws pretty hard too, but managed to break them loose by hand with lots of downward pressure on the screw head.

How could this possibly cause the car to flood? It just doesn't make any sense...

If I understand you correctly than the reason why It doesn't stay under Wide Open Throttle (WOT) Is b'c that would be the action of the Primary Throttle Plates. These are the Secondaries that I removed.
