could i run a 12.2
Is it possible for my car to run a 12.2 @ 15 psi. I found a piece of paper where i had written stuff about the car when i bought it and that's what he told me it ran.

Only if your car was tunned for the most hp, and you use some drag radials or slicks....IMO I've learned the heard way twice I ran a 13.5 at 6psi, next pass at 10 psi bye bye rear apex seals, get it on a dyno with a wideband and tune that ***** to 11:1 just to be safe, 12:1 is optiumum, but it hard to get it exactly right and you don't wanna blow your engine on the dyno....

Do you even know you are running a to4 for sure and the owner wasnt lying out of his ***? Because motors will pop with an fcd and a walbro using the stock turbo, much less a to4 at 1 bar.

but the RX7withNitrous wastegate can control boost (hold at low boost) better than stock wastegate, it isn't the stock turbo's fault, it's the stock wastegate and the wastegate's style of venting.

I'm just wondering...do you have extra money lying around for a rebuild? Or do you really think its going to last? Seems kind of pointless to waste an engine even if you do have the money

Everytime I see it, I can't help wondering why I have so much **** in my car, trying to stop my engine from grenading, when obviously you don't need it .
Crank that baby up to 15psi, and make me feel better for having invested a lot of money...

Theres no way. that car HAS to have upgraded secondarys. And for it to have not popped by now on stock injectors is amazing. It defies laws of rotary.
