i wanna give my FC a new look.... red is everywhere... what other colours look good on an FC... pictures would be appreciated

 

try orange lol like with sparkels in it (dont kno wut kind of paint that is). like when the cun hits it it look yellow fading into orange. thats hott!!

 

do a search. There is a thread, " best looking second gen"..... or something like that. THere are a ton of pics.

Hell I think he should paint it yellow because I hate yellow cars, and then it will never be painted like a car that I own.

 

I like the color mine is. It isnt quite red. I see mostly red and gold ones.

There are about 5 million "pictures of my car" threads around. A simple search for "pics of my FC", "pictures of my car", "pics of paint", "paint colours" and variations on that will find probably more material then you know what to do with.

yeah, i'm gonna get mine resprayed/restored factory maroon but slightly more metal flake. i've seen a deep purple/blood red one that was hot and i've always been in love with solid non-metal flake orange, like a cali orange.

 

If you want to spend a lot but have a wonderful paintjob, get someone to use House of Kolor on your car, maybe a candy or pearl

you know i changed my mind.....everyone is asking everyone what color should i paint my car. the first time i read a thread like that i put my input in and told everyone that i was going with a darker version of the saphire blue, but i think im going to paint my car clear. yeah clear. everyone should just paint their car clear. that would be great.

Go to Home Depot and stand in front of all the paint swatches... roll up a piece of already chewed bubble gum in your hand... do yourself a favor and throw it (hard, so it will stick) at the hundreds of swatches of colors. Whichever color it lands on... that's the new color of your FC. I hope it's Dora the Explorer Orange.

Just kidding.

Go with a nice FD Red with Clearcoat.

if you really want to change the color of your car you must have some idea of what u want. I dont think it would be very smart to spend thousands on a color someone else likes. Anywayz .. i too plan to paint my car (as soon as everything else is done) and i want to go with a dark/black sapphire metallic. Ive always liked that color and it makes sense cause i was born in september (sapphire is the birthstone)
