clogged injectors?

Recently swapped a motor into my car and when I tried to start it, the engine turned over but didn't start. So I checked my plugs to make sure I was getting spark, nothing wrong there. Checked my fuel pump next, turns out after sitting for so long it had locked up. After installing a new pump, I gave it another try and still nothing. I then hooked up a spare CAS and spun the gear and both sets of injectors are clicking. When I took the injectors out of the fuel rails they both poured gas out of the lines, so I'm wondering if I have clogged injectors or if my problem may be elsewhere. I'm using the high impedence injectors and harness with the N326 ECU. If anybody can shed some light on the issue it would be greatly appreciated.

You hooked up your fuel lines backwards probably.

Nah I checked that when I took the manifold apart, followed the line from the fuel filter to the primary rail

I was starting to think the filter may be clogged as well but I cant figure out why I would have the fuel at the rails if it were. And as far as a sensor I plugged everything on my harness up that was disconnected, the only wire that I couldn't plug back up was a single yellow wire near my AC compressor and coils.

A clogged filter will flow, just not enough. TPS could also be far out of spec, or the AFM could have gone south. Try swapping in a new filter and bust out a multimeter to check the important sensors. Also, be sure you don't have anything plugged into the check connectors.

I have a spare TPS and AFM I can hook up and see if the results are any different.

Is there anything that will cause the fuel pump not to work if the UIM is removed?

Are you positive you aren't getting fuel? Seems very unlikely both your primary injectors would be functioning improperly. There are lots of other issues that could lead to it not starting:

CAS stabbed wrong
low compression, if it's a fresh rebuild your swapping in.
faulty sensor
faulty AFM
Wiring issue
Poor spark
ect...

I pulled the motor and 5 speed tranny out of a parts car that I had, everything was in working order less than 24 hours prior to the pull. I swapped them into my GXL which was an auto with a blown motor. When I swapped the motor, I swapped the throttle body, injectors, BAC valve, air bypass valve, dynamic chamber, and UIM from my blown motor, and used the N326 ECU from my parts car. So the CAS hasn't been tampered with, dont think compression is an issue because I drove the car the day before I pulled the motor and it showed no signs of any engine problems. And my harness is plugged up, I've checked everything that I can follow from the firewall to the plugs that used to go to my auto tranny, the only wire left unplugged is a small yellow wire near my spark plugs (not sure what its for). I'm beginning to lean towards a faulty sensor somewhere because 2 bad injectors does seem odd, so I'm going to swap the AFM and TPS in a little bit. I've sprayed enough starter fluid into this thing to clean out every rotary in my county, I just need to figure out why I'm not getting fuel. If anybody can think of anything that I've overlooked please reply.

maybe your getting to much fuel? check your plugs for fouling/ wetness?

I'd re-stab the CAS anyways, can't hurt right? I'd also make sure your TPS is calibrated correctly. Try simple things like that first, before swapping out parts. If the car was running 24 hours ago, i doubt one of your sensors went bad all of a sudden.

I'm ASSuMEing that we are talking about both engines being S4 N/A?

Ya both cars are N/A s4's, as far as the parts working 24 hours ago, I wish this was the case. I started this swap like 6 months ago, just saying that the night before I began, I drove the parts car to my house and the drivetrain was completely solid. The reason I'm suspecting the injectors is because whenever I pulled them off the fuel rails, the rails dumped the gas out of the lines, but the tips of the injectors were dry. Cleaned up some grounds that were pretty dirty this time around, swapped the primary and secondaries around. If I cant get things going, ill restab the spare CAS, and try to find another set of injectors to try.
