Car Stolen - could use more forum coverage
Sorry for seeming a little desperate, but I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible. I've posted this in the "Midwest" section, but this gets way more traffic.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Click the link above. The 'stolen' car has been found by the police and returned, but there is a title dispute and there are at least *3* possible owners, including the poster who reported the car as stolen.
I can sympathize with the danger in buying a car that has not been titled by the seller. I have purchase a couple of cars this way. I have learned that the best course of action is to title the thing as soon as possible.
Good luck and I hope it works out.
