Check your fuel pump, lift up the rear carpet and you will see a cover to the fuel pump..

Take off the cover and see if it gets louder.

On a limb, I'd say a bad fuel pump.

It probably means its on its way out.

If your pump has always done this, and its an aftermarket pump, then you just have a REALLY LOUD one.

it isn't that loud like if is very font like the only way you can here it is if no one talks and you put your hear in the back of the hatch. so if the pump is bad why can i still drive it around. like if it was bad i am sure that it wouldn't be possible to drive. right?

If a bearing is beginning to fail then it'll start to screech, but still work until the motor isn't able to overcome the friction to start one day.

Check your fuel pump, then come back and tell us if it was the problem, or was not the problem.

The only other thing that is in the rear of the car and electrical is light bulbs, and I doubt those are beeping.

The fuel pump is not hard to get too. All you need to do is lift up the rear carpet (undo the tabs, and lift). You will see the aluminum cover too it, take it off and see if the beeping gets louder.

Truly, there is nothing back there that comes stock on a car that beeps. So find out how to make it beep, then have a friend look for it - or have a friend make it beep while you look for it. The only things that move at all back there are the differential (which shouldn't even approach anything that would sound like a beep) the fuel pump, and the power antenna.
Really, just go look for it, that's all there is to it.
