You used a regular compression tester with the check valve removed, engine up to OT?...went wide open trottle? 0psi on the rear rotor is possible...3 blown apex seals....

It can also have zero compression with two apex seals gone.

I feel you on that one g-unit..since it takes two apex seals to seal one rotor face...word.

well who invited the crappy rapper? n e ways, i just took the trailing spark plug out of the first rotor and took out the fuel fuse, then cranked it, and repeated for the second rotor, thats what i meant by the "poor mans compression test"

So you used no compression tester? I dont talk like that by the way and people that do do suck as well as participate in sausage fests. Go get a real comp. gauge if you can. Better than listening, get someone to crank the car, and stick your thumb over the spark plug hole while they crank it, it should blow it away pretty hard.

yup..just make sure you remove the check valve or hold the pressure realease in while doing it. Local auto parts store will carry them..

Check valve is a little valve stem on the end of the compression tester (side that has threads to go into spark plug hole), the valve threads out by just turning it. The pressure release is usually located on near the guage itself, its a valve that you just push in, so it wont hold pressure. I prefer the check valve removal way, it will go right back in easy to so you can use it on a boinker motor.
