2 1/2 inch or 3.1 inch exhaust piping for an NA 1991???
I have a 1991 coupe naturally aspirated 5 spd (don't think that matters) and i have prospects of getting a large pineapple street port (if you're from the pac nw you'll understand)
The exhaust i'm looking at is the corksport cat-back, available with 2.5 or 80mm piping. unfortunately i don't have enough money for the full system which costs less than buying the cat-back, headers and race pipe and silencer separately

2.5 is the best all around size. if its a race car, go 3"
keep in mind the CS exhausts are loud!

Alright 2.5 sounds like the way to go, I am planning on using this for performance not just sound, and torque is definitely important. it sounds like 3'' would give me a little more on top end but it sounds like 2.5 has more pros than cons making it a better compromise overall.
thanks!
