planning on sending it to BNR maybe? they had a S4 turbo net like 400 WHP with about the same wastegate porting that your hotside has. Although i have to say that since you did it yourself its just a lil bit better.

update 3-21-2010:

pre fit one of the new lips to the rear to see how well the wheel would fill out the 1/4 panels. time to take everything to the polisher...

gotta get things polished first, plus...there is alot more to it than just seating the beads, and calling it a day.

Wow that extra inch made quite a difference.
(thats what she said)

Also, unless your doing a lot of reversed burnouts, your tires are on backwards. lol
Assuming you already knew that of course.

what are you going to use to seal the wheels when you put them back together? I just took mine apart and am curious about putting them back together. great work.

FYI- I believe clear GE silicone is preferred

I have done a few sets of wheels and I got that tip from a video of one of the companies that makes the wheels. In the video the guy says to use GE clear silicone so thats what I always went by, maybe RTV works also. I cant for the life of me remember what company it was though.

There are forums for rebuilding these wheels. RTV works perfectly fine.

as I said im sure RTV will work fine as well, GE silicone is fairly cheap at home depot, and they consider it 25 year warranty and all that nonsense

Those wheels are awesome.

You know what else is awesome?

Being able to change your own tires without a tire shop/tire tool.

I had to peep your thread and see what you were gloating about. Yeah, that's dope!

Some updated pics should be up tonight, or tomorrow.

You can purchase BBS wheel parts from BBS.
