I could be wrong but it looks like the Tri Point fender, but the side molding deleted. I'm also pretty sure this car was black. Look here, scroll down the page post #557.

No body kit that I can see besides the wide fenders, looks like they also molded in the fenders with TII sides.

Similar to the haltec car, if not it.

1. There is a sponsor graphic along the bottom of the door/sideskirt area, i can't make it out though.

Yup. This car was built in Cali a while back (2004-2005?) by Speedmachine Performance. In 2006 they put it up for sale on ebay, and it was bought by a Canadian guy:

https://www.rx7club.com/canadian-forum-42/speed-machine-performace-silver-bullet-has-come-north-558541/

After a while, Joe at R.P.M. picked it up and did a bunch of work to it including painting it black.... like rotordad said.

https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/ex-speedmachine-silver-bullet-gets-new-life-canada-650021/

Not sure what happened to the car since then.

Anyway, as was said before, the body kit really is more work than product. It consists of wide fenders molded to the car with CP Racing lights and an aftermarket hood.

I didn't realize this was the black half-bridged 13b-re that Aaron Cake has videos of on his Youtube page.
