looks to me he can still, the support pillars arn't in the way, and if the deck of the wing is in the way its only 2 bolts that need to be taken out to swing the wing outward since it is an adjustable deck.

You're kidding right? You're suggesting he remove HARDWARE on the wing anytime he wants to open the hatch far enough to do anything with it?

FYI: the hatch only clears the RE-A wing by about 3/8" (ask me how I know). Compare how much further back that one rides and there's no way in hell the one on the blue car is usable.

My widebody is done so I thought I'd throw some pictures in the ring for your consideration. This was done using the first set of parts pulled from the original tri-point molds (now owned by Ronin Speedworks).

It still needs a color sand and polish.

Check out those fender lines! :yay: :yay:

But dude, please, it looks bad without the body trim, like you just pulled it out of the shop. Apparently I am the forum body trim ****...

The best part of the tri-point kit is that it flows with the stock body lines. That's the point, but if it's not your thing it's not your thing. I wanted simple classy lines and that allowed real rubber and that meant I needed a full overfender molded in. Way too many folks running wide bodys have these scabbed on cap things that try to tuck back in at the trim line.

The B&N kit or some of the others with agressive caps and skirts don't flow well with the stock lines of the car (that's probably not the point for them either). JTP is a bad *** but his rear bumper selection is pretty out there. I definitely couldn't see running it on a street car, you'd tear it up fast.

Same flares as above.

From speedhunters:
http://speedhunters.com/archive/2010...wide-fc3s.aspx

Chaser aero makes a copy of them and state they are R-magic copies.

The Tamon rear fenders are much larger and extend to the rear bumper. (changing the look of the rear bumper a bit) This is from riskydevils blog.
