Is there a difference in cars with "E-FC3S" model code and "FC3S" model code?
I might not be the first one to ask this kinda question but when i was trying to find answers online i couldn't find anything...

Whats the build date? I will assume it means "early production". The easiest way to tell is a distributor cap instead of crank angle sensor. Some came with turbo hoods, different body moldings, different colored window switch buttons etc.

The "E" doesn't refer to production date or destination. All Euro-spec S4NAs have a Distributor (N323 ECU).
S6 FDs are E-FD3S, S7/S8s are GF-FD3S. "E" means eFini (NOT Infini...) perhaps? It'll take quite a few chassis number plates to nail this down though. Will need some from various JC Cosmos, a few Efini MPVs and a couple Autozam AZ-1s to be sure.
