Hey Mike, have you talked to Marcos about the time frame for the motor mounts and oil pan? How far along is your car now? I've got most of what I need to get the install start'd, just waiting on Marcos

Just an avid 20b forum reader and was interested in when MVA was going to price parts. I believe its been at least a couple months, maybe I'am wrong. Heard the patent thing scenerio, was patient and expected an some outcome. Not sure whats going on, but it doesn't seem so hard to hard to forecast cost of two parts, mounts and pan. This is not rocket science, I'am an engineer on that program

I've heard through the grapevine that MVA is not going to sell the parts as a kit seperately. No confirmation from MVA though.

That may be their position in the beginning, but when they find that they've done maybe two complete 20B conversions in a year they'll change their minds... it'll be more profitable for them to sell these pieces seperatly. Hardly anyone has $30K to have them do a swap, they've gotta realize this.

I'm sure he's also worried about people "stealing" his designs as well. I hope you're right though JUN. :-)

Ditto...

I'm about to get my hands on a 95 Silver Touring with no motor/tranny/turbo's... and found a complete cosmo front clip cheap as hell. Look like I'll be skipping the rb25det/s13 project, and going straight to my dream car................ But, only if I can get those prices on the motor mounts and oil pan... and whatever else I might NEED... e-mail me, pm me, hunt me down, and make me give you MONEY!

Thanks,
Charles Weller

Guys, is it really that hard to fab up some engine mounts and oil pan? The engine mounts I think I could fab myself but, the oil pan is a differant story. I am very patient & resourcefull!

.... Not well.

It is not due to MVA's direct fault, but the buisness in general. MVA was co-owner with another guy, and they split up.

So, I am caught in the middle of it all. Missing parts, missing money, missing car. MVA has opened a new shop, but didn't get to take most of the items.

We are trying to work things through.

Thats all I will comment on this, at this time.
