What headunits are plug and play ?

So I found out the plug behind my cubby is for a tape deck a while ago, and now that my car is running and whatnot, I'd like to have music. I'm perfectly fine with a hidden Bluetooth adaptor that plugs into that socket, Mind you guys I have a radio but my antenna is not working, and even if I was, I have never listened to, or have a desire to listen to the radio. The issue is, I have no idea what is compatible.

There are no plug and play radios for our cars...

Your best bet is to rewire everything...radio, speakers, amps ifamps if you're using them...

Me personally I wouldn't connect anything to the 38 year old radio cables....

I ended up just buying a new antenna and a FM transmitter and it works well.

Google the roav charger. It lets you manualy set a FM channel . I set it bellow the legal limit in the usa and its crystal clear . The antenna i bought was 8$ from walmart. They also sell a power antenna for 21 $ .
