What is correct 12a 12A

What is correct. 12a or 12A

I have searched but find both. seem to find 13B seems to have a cap letter most of the time.

Order a few Hats for a new business I'm starting, and should have and example this Sat. so before i make big order wanted to know if one is correct.

Thanks in advance for any help.
Tommy

12A and 13B is correct...Mazda did not stamp their blocks with lower case "a's" or "b's"

Both are crrect.

I'd use capital letters for what you're doing.

12 A is definitely correct, but 12a is surely not incorrect.

I think It is 12'A' The blocks dont have an 'a' in them. I think you just see 12a that way people dont have to do the extra step to capitalize it. I know I dont.

Earlier housings had the "mazda" in lower case letters but I'm not 100% sure if the A and B were in lower case as well.

12A and 13B. No bloody space or ' or - or lower case letters. Early 13Bs had MAZDA above the dowel pin and 13B up on the housing. The earlier 12As and 10As didn't have 'Mazda' emblazoned above the dowel pin. I might be able to provide pics if anyone is interested.

Pics are always fun. Do a write up with all of the different housings, years, etc. You probably have more laying around than most of us have seen.
