Weber ida on a 13b NA, fuel question.

I have a 82 fb with a 13b from a 1990 fc. I have it running now and I am going through cleaning up loose ends. On the fuel I have the Holley red with its mate in a Holley regulator. The regulator has two outs and one inlet port. I am using a Weber ida 48 for delivery.

My question is for anyone who uses a similar set up or experience with my set.

- What fuel pressure is best to set the regulator to?

- Should I run a return? Or block of the second of the two exits on the regulator?

- Are most folks putting the pressure gauge just before the carb or attached right at the regulator as fuel comes out.

I appreciate the help

You want the weber to see 3-4 psi. Put the pressure gauge on one of the outputs of the regulator. If you want a return you need to make sure it has some restriction in it so the carb sees the pressure it needs. I know on my Dellorto I just dead headed it and didn't need to use the return.
