Talking fine tuning 6port 13b weber 45dcoe

hey guys, i was wondering if there was any websites or anybody knows how to fine tune the weber on a 13b 6port.. like how many times to turn the little screws on the top... or where to set the fuel press regulator, its on 1psi right now, the reason why i ask this is because my car sometimes bucks pretty bad, mainly when cold or in low rpms, and also it wants to die or it idles really low when i put it in reverse and try to back up a hill. any imput would help alot

this set up will give you perfect daily drive ability and the ability to run mid to high 14's in the quarter mile at least thats what it did for me...
