Vinyl Badging...

My neighbor saw me tinkering around with my first gen, and commented how good it looked. I mentioned that I'd like to remove the old plastic badging to make it easier to detail. He came back a few minutes later with these cool vinyl badges. Too cool! He has a vinyl CAD-cutter and makes graphics and signs as a sort of hobby. I told him that you guys on RX7club.com would enjoy...

Nice, I would like to get some. Have him design a few of them just to see how they turn out. I won't mind ordering a few.

I wonder if there is a way to give them a chromed look, like shiney foil or something. It would be cool to have replacement vinyl badges for everything, especially if it was the same as the plastic ones.

i've always wanted a vinyl cutter, but they are expensive. But really, it could bring in some cash on the side, especially if you had one large enough to do signs and banners, and stickers.

They look nice. I'd like just the Mazda emblem. And a matching S, GS, GSL, GSL-SE. And in different styles, chrome, black, etc.
