Is there a how to on locking our distributor?

I wanted to lock my dizzy and was wondering if there was a write up on this yet. I searched and found nothing so I'm guessing no. How would I go about doing this?

Thanks, Ed

The best way is to extend the weights and then weld them in possition. You could also replce the springs with tie/safety wire, but if the wire breaks the weights will advance the timing.

dont' weld,

either braze.

OR drill a hole through the plates, and use small bolts (like a 3mm) and nuts.
