Stuck Control Arm Bolt

Checking with you guys before I get medieval on this bolt.

Trying to remove front wheel control arm. Nut comes off bolt, but bolt is stuck. The bolt spins, but will not slide out. Have wailed on it with a hammer, soaked it in PB-Blaster. Existing rubber bushing has steel sleeve, and this is rotating with the bolt, leading me to believe the bushing is rusted to the bolt. I can get hold of the bushing with vice grips, but not enough grip to stop it spinning with the bolt when I turn the bolt with a ratchet or a torque wrench.

How safe is taking a blow torch to the bolt, and try using heat to break it loose from the bushing? Concerned about fire as there is 44 years of oil, gas and PB-Blaster caked all over that area.

I am thinking of taking a sawsall, and seeing if I can cut through bushing and bolt both sides of the control arm. Anyone been successful with this, or have other methods? Maybe a air hammer to the exposed threaded end of the bolt to try to knock it loose from the bushing?

Dont want to move to destructive methods before checking with folks that may have seen this situation before.

This is the stuck bolt. Nut comes off fine, bolt spins, but does not slide.

This is the exposed sleeve of the old bushing

New bushing with sleeve, for info.

Yeah, the bushing sleave is rusted to the bolt, been there. Heat it up real good with a torch (doesn't look that bad under there from the pics) and hit with a hammer on the end. Eventually it will bust loose. The PB blaster will just burn off harmlessly but keep an extinguisher around in case. You could take a sawzall to each side too as some folks have done in the past.

Got it! That little Milwaukee multi tool is rapidly becoming my favorite.
