SA/FB oil pan brace ????

SA/FB oil pan brace ????
I do not know if this is the correct forum for this, I guess I will find out shortly.
Mods- this is not a for sale thread, the parts do not exist yet.
When we released the kits for the FC and FD, I received several emails asking if we would design one for the SA/FB. So, now I am in the process of laying out oil pan braces for the 12A and 13B engines, but before I go any further I figured it might be a good idea to check if these are something that 1st gen guys really want.
They would be the same design as the FC and FD kits using laser cut & CNC punched 3/16" HR steel plate, then Bright Zinc plating to prevent corrosion. The kits would come with the studs and nuts to replace the bolts as well.
Your input would be greatly appreciated. BTW the purpose of the brace is to eliminate leaks from the oil pan mating surface.
Pics of the FD kit to give you an idea:
Thanks
Chris

Assuming it would support the same way (to the engine mounts?) how well would that work considering we have the front mount crossbar thingy.
If i could see the design and liked it i would very likely get one cuz ive heard some good things about the fc ones

So the idea is that you can get a better seal on the oil pan by being able to torque the nuts down tighter against the brace?
For $125 shipped I'd buy one. I know that every 12A I've ever had has leaked around the oil pan. That's even with a brand new oil pan gasket and silicone sealant.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
im in no way knocking banzai racing, i have your engine mounts in my car
but i think this brace for the first gens motors is an unessisary, waste of money.
its definatly a plus on the FC and FD models that have the added stress of the engine mounts..
however, if you do make them im sure there will be people that will buy them

The FC brace weighs a hair under 2 lbs (1.9), so the SE and 12A braces would be similar. This weight does not include the hardware but that is offset by all the bolts being eliminated.
We could actually have these ready to go in about 3-4 weeks. I was just finalizing the layouts, when I decided to ask what the interest level was.
