Anyone know the pinion bolt-circle value for your average Ford 8.8? I'm ordering my driveshaft tomorow and need the info!
BTW: The measured length from tailshaft to pinion is 41-3/4".

Not real happy with the clearance on the lines from the UIM. Will probably change this tomorrow.
PS: Braided lines can be a real pain in the *** to put together. :|

No pictures today, sorry. I spent 10 hours in the garage, and 2 hours on the road getting parts and it still doesn't run. No time for pics, this car is kicking my ***!
Tech note:
If you decide to try this KGParts fuel setup with an N/A FC water pump on an REW, be sure to choose the placement of your water-temp sensor carefully. You might try plugging the stock location, and drilling/tapping for the sensor elsewhere. I have the Haltech water-temp sensor in place of the stock one. With it's pigtail connected it interferes with a primary injector clip, and the 90 degree 6an hose-end on the primary rail. I'm really glad i didn't try a larger diameter braided line as I originally planned, becuase I'm positive it wouldn't fit
It's tight, but I everything is now wired up for the Haltech. Ludwig stopped by and wired up the MSD and Haltech ignitor in record time. He also gave me a turbo drain flange to replace the one I split in half the other day.
A buddy of mine in Palmyra (almost an hour away) hooked me up with a starter, MAP sensor, and an oil-temp sender. Jamie, you rock!
I now have everything I need to start the motor. I've got a couple days left in the weekend, and I'm still hoping to start it before the long weekend is up. I'll get some more pics tommorow.

Drool, and then some more drool. That is so freaking sweet!!!
I just love how your doing it right the first time, hehe. Mad props to you!
I should have mine running 'again' before July. Is there ever enough time in the day?

We did get it started but it wasnt from lack of tring. This engine build is crazy sick to see in person. Man my camera takes crappy pics. Great minds think alike both us us DD camry's that almost look alike but mine is better looking and older. LOL

Something wrong with the wiring. Starter won't crank no matter what. Even tried bridging the terminals with a screwdriver, no luck. Starter cranks while out of the car and connected to the battery.
The voltmeter in the car reads only 10 volts, but the battery is good (from one of the Camrys).
I'll short it out shortly.

It's pretty well shielded, and it's actually farther away from the turbo than it was last time. Remember, most of this setup ran for over a year and a half... It's not a problem.

Nick, you want to sell that rear-iron sensor?

Here's a pic of the Haltech wiring. This is unmodified from the FB > TII configuration, which is why there's 2 wire runs for the injector clips. The KGParts rails place the injectors inline. I'm going to combine the runs when I dig back into the wiring.
Here's the conflict with the water-temp sensor I was posting about earlier. I'm really not comfortable with this and I'll probably remake the fuel line from the primary rail to the FPR to be a little longer. This will rotate the hose-end down and off the injector.
The radiator is as oversized as I remember. It really is as low as the fitting on the bottom of the oil-cooler.
I had to trim the bottom of the LH side shroud to clear the feed fitting for the oil line.

Here you go... The man, and the machine.
I got the wiring sorted out and cranked it over. I have fuel and oil pressure but no spark. Gonna try to get Ludwig back out to play with it some more. Tomorrow I'm gonna bolt the fenders and bumpers back on and do some minor body-work. I'll get pics. Stay tuned.
