No spark

The people from the 2nd Gen forum told me to come here to figure out how to hook up the trailing igniter to my 13B. Right now I am running MSD 6AL to 3 Blaster 2 Coil Packs to the leading, but do not know how to get the spark set up for trailing. I have a 12A distributor in my car right now. Thanks for your help.

You know, I read this yesterday and just didn't know what to say. I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly. If you already have a 12a dizzy in the car, can't you just run the plug wires and go? Do you have a trailing ignitor on the dizzy? I guess I need to understand the question a little better, sorry.

I made a diagram for you. The setup is pretty simple. The trailing will not be connected to the MSD at all (unless you have a 2nd MSD box). The ignitor can connect to one of your MSD Blaster coils. The spark from the coil will then be connected through the distributor cap and then to each trailing plug.

Just to be clear, the trailing ignitor is the one on the distributor closest to the alt. The leading is the one if front facing the radiator.
