Installing Eccentric shaft pully

OK I remove the four bolts holding the pull on a few years back and now I can't figure out how in the hell to realign the pull. I have read both my chilton and Haynes. Neather of which same anything the just tell you to remove the Center bolt which i did not do. This is on an 85 12A engine. Maybe i'm nuking this one out but for the life of me i just can't figure out how to re-align this pull so the timing marks are right. Thank you

Serch a bit and you will find a few threads on how to do this.

I think you put the key way at 9 oclock and then put the pully back on with the timing mark.

Key way will face at the 9o'clock posistion, then 1 of the mounting bolts will be at the 12 O'clock posistion with the leading mark aligned.
