I got a new RX7 Today. A good start to a mean MOTHER FUDGER. **PICS**

Came across a deal that I couldn't pass up. It needs some cleaning and TLC but as is, it runs its *** off. It weighed in at only 2100 LBS !! And that's before I'll put it on a diet !!

You guys will need to teach me about 1st gens, I don't know anything about them !

The car currently has a Borg Warner S361 on it, but it's for sale along with the manifold etc. etc. I'm going to buy a S475 and use that instead.

The car was originally built for road racing, the rearend is all Mazdacomp. Apparently the previous owner paid $2,000 for that rearend to be built. Anyhow, it's being pulled out this weekend and put up for sale.

I'll start the Minitub this weekend, going to run a 28/10.5/15W tire out back. QA1 Coilover Kit, QA1 3/4 X 3/4 Rod Ends, Chris Alston 4 Link Kit, Moser 4.57 Gear, Moser Spool, Moser Axles, Blah Blah Blah.

Anyhow, I just want to play around on the street and have some fun.

These tires won't be used, I'm throwing them away.

Yeah, that's the car I brought home today.

I'll play with the current TII motor but I'll eventually toss a REW in there. From what I see, not too many TII motors are putting out big power. I could be wrong, though. Something about the back plate cracking etc. etc. etc.

Awesome, awesome awesome! Going to be amazing to see what you end up doing with this car. Have seen the great stuff you have done in the past and hope you can make this car just as stunning.

My new brackets were finally cut this morning !

When I originally bought the Chris Alston 4 Link Kit, they came with a 3 Inch OD Holes. Well, I'm running a 8.8 Ford which has 2.8 Inch OD Holes do that wasn't going to fly. You can see the gap from the pictures.

I found someone out in California that's building some wicked cars. I let him know that I need my brackets duplicated but I need the hole smaller. I also had him keep the same Chris Alston geometry but add Shock Mounts and holes for a Stabilizer Bar.

very nice and interesting setup, especially in the rear. As for the T2 not making that good power, I don't know about that but I've heard and seen a few with pretty high power. Its all how they get built.

Well, I want my street tune in the ballpark of 500 to the ground and race tune in the 700 whp range.

I know enough to know that most Puerto Ricans won't talk about what they're running.

T2's do like to crack the rear iron, the late 91 S5 iron, and any T2 rear iron you can currently purchase from mazda motorsports has the dowel area as thick as the REW

I sold my AF61R Turbo today, so I'll be picking up my S475 this week.

This car below is also running the S475
