If you already have a good coper ground wire, that product will make very little if any differance.

There is no question that "more direct paths" for ground can make a measurable difference in "Ground", but how much is enough? If the stock system has 1/10 ohm resistance and you improve that to 1/100 will it make a differance in perfomance,,,,NO! Some cars DO have weak or corroded grounds or they tie the battery to the engine, and then tie the engine to the car. But you could fix them by just restoring the grounding system back to original condition.
I believe ALL RX-7s have a ground cable that goes from the bat., to the chasis, and then to the motor. But it is 1 piece of wire and not a "connection" of 2. (ie. it is continuos) Unless you have a bad connection, the hyperground is just "hype". IMHO.

Either SCC and/or Tuner magazine did a test with these.

showed like 4 HP on each test.

I just wrote a big edit but I was too late,,,,

So screw it! Here is the one note that probably sums it up:

*Actual effectiveness varies by vehicle. *Actual effectiveness varies by personal drivability*

IMHO if you have a problem or a poorly designed system, they may indeed be of some benefit. The RX-7 has a good system, one stranded copper wire that goes from the bat., to the chassis, to the engine. No matter how good the wire is, it is the connectors and connections that cause the problems. You could have a 100 wires but if they are comprimised by looseness, paint, rust, etc., you will have a problem. They also mention "noise" reduction, but these aren't power, signal, or audio cables, they are ground. And the whole car is ground!
IMHO,,,,, they may LOOK better,,,,,

Hmm lets see...

5hp gains... I'll get 10 of em... that's 50hp...

I'll adjust my driving style to be in Feng Shui harmony with the 99.99% pure copper...

Looks like I won't have to invest in Type R stickers, yellow stripes, or glowing windshield squirters to get my 500 rwhp after all!

Man, this is almost as bad as the Tornado.

Better grounds DO make a difference IF you have EFI AND the ECU/sensor grounding is poor. Note that it's not the body to battery ground that is the shiiter as much as it is the ECU to battery ground or sensor to battery ground!

Some cars are notorious for this which is why you see people with Nissans and Subarus grounding the ground wire on the MAF sensor directly to the battery.

However on a carb car I say "big effing deal"!

What if you wear the copper healing bracelets as well?? Maybe some magnets in the shoes?? hummm

I have seen bad grounds on carbed cars cause problems as well. But I think the real deal is if the grounds are bad, you SHOULD do something,,,,just not $100 of fancy wires. It would be interesting maybe to try the experiment on ALL cars and see if the numbers held up even on a average. I really doubt it, but,,,,
