headlight actuator bars
The plastic bushings always seem to break. Since I can't seem to get these in junk yards anymore, is there a source for new metal bars with the bushings installed.

Mine were broken as well. I ended up placing a zip tie behind the broken bushing to hold it in place. Seems to be holding up just fine.
Any other option seems to be quite costly in either time, or money.

Thanks guys. I'll try the zip tie method first, and if that doesn't work, the grommet idea sounds good as well. I'm assuming you would need to grease the rubber grommets pretty well to avoid binding.

was helping him change his heater core back in April (what a pain in the a$$) and took some pictures a year later and they still looked in very good shape.
