Max, Im working on getting an oven that will fit a motorcycle frame. Soon we hope.

Jon, method to the madness. What if I melted it? Then who cares about an EFI setup. j/k Hector . The Nikkis will be powdercoated from now on. Havent decided on a standard color. Of course youd be able to have it any color(s) you want for an extra charge.

That's kinda cool... though I absolutely love whatever method of coating you guys used before.. I'm not aiming for bling or colour, just clean dull metal

Zinc I believe it was?

Yes it was zinc plating. And it isint as durable as we thought it would be. I think just a nice aluminum finish will be standard. Not blingin, but nice.

i vote for black or silver

well ... since you did a manifold, then it's obvious that you can powdercoat aluminum. let me know how and what i should do to prep some stock rims. i'll want to have those done some time in the future ...

good idea Carl.

Carl, I have a question. What temps do you bake the powder at, and how long does it take?

hotty, depends on the powder, but 350-450F. Time is about 30 min total. Yes its ALOT of electricity being used.

Glad you guys got your stuff. The springs are a test. Your a guinea pig slashdawg. Some parts of the springs werent properly prepped. We'll see how it holds up over time and what areas start flaking if any.
Bizzaro, there are 3 minor blemishes on your intake, but hey it was free. Thanks for being a guinea pig.

Dont deluge me people, no more freebies.

Carl, are you sure your ancestors weren't Canadian? You're awefully generous for a Floridian
