Engine stand question

Do you have to use a special engine stand for the rotary engine or can you use a regular stand

You would need to build or buy a head to fit the rotary. Mazdatrix shows one here:

I used a regualr 4 cylinder stand. Worked fine for me..

Yep, you attach the engine to the stand using the A/C studs.
