Door pull cups replacement!!!

Hello,
As some of you may it may not know, I make headlight and wiper mechanism bushings. Now I also make door pull cups for the 1st gen. They are molded out of urethane plastic in black. They are a direct replacement to the originals. Per forum rules, I cannot post a link, but for anyone that would like to take a look they can be found on ebay. You can search 79-85 RX-7 door pull cups and they should come up. Thanks to everyone that has purchased bushings from me, they help keep my project going and in turn I support the community.

Is it possible to make that lip thicker? That's the part that breaks.

That was my concern as well. How strong is the urethane? They look awesome though.

It's not possible to make it thicker. The molds are created from original parts. The material properties you can see in the technical data sheet. http://www.smooth-on.com/tb/files/Sm...st_ONYX_TB.pdf

To the top, for those that may have missed it. I have one set left before you have to wait for me to make another batch. It won't be less than a month for the next batch.

Very nice. A little spray paint and they'll do exactly what you want them to do.

I must have missed out since I don't see them on Ebay.

Send me a PM when you get more finished, I'm in for a couple sets.

I'm trying to figure out where this part actually goes? I haven't seen it before! Are these unique to 84-85 FBs, because I know the US models got a completely different interior for those models, whereas other markets still got the 81-83 FB style (in Australia, we continued to use SA22C to designate 1st gen RX-7s right through to 1985)
