My car is having trouble starting. The engine turns over and every 5 seconds or so fires but other than that it will not start. I know I am getting fuel, air, spark, and I know the compression is good (enough) but I think the timing is off. How would you go about timing a 12a that only cranks. Or maybe there is other things that could be wrong with it.


Ps, something that might be wrong with it could be the cables. I took them off when I swapped the drivetrain and they might not all be as tight as they could be is that something that could be causing this problem?
