Where is the sender for that miserable BEEP and light that says low coolant?

I Belived On Top Of The Radiator. Just By Pass It Using A Jumper Wire

Yep, as long as you've got the light showing too that should fix it. You might try just topping off the overflow tank and give it a couple of days. Sometimes you can't get the radiator full enough to shut the buzzer off any other way.
