1st gen owners... post your pictures
This is my 81 GSL. I Picked it up for 500 dollars. The motor was shot. I had a chevy 350 just sitting in my garage. You know the rest. Oh yeah I painted it with a wagner and rustoleum. Im working on wet sanding it now. Its coming out surprisingly well. Dont give me crap about the v8. I like rotary engines, but Im not rich. I used what I had. I also picked up everything to redo the interior except for seats. Ill just use covers. So now I have a very fast ride that looks cool for around 1000 dollars total. I can't complain.

A lot of nice cars here! Here's my four daily commuters, 110 miles/day since 2001. The Tan One and the Brown One were each good for about 50,000 miles and I'm driving the White One now, which just keeps running better and better. The Silver One is next, if the White One ever decides to take a break.
