When I was installing my engine I noticed that my stock intake was ported while I was changing my air filter I noticed that my jets where 140s for mains and idk about the secondaries what do ya decordmend I was told 160 main 180 175 secondaries
I have a stock port 12A with a modded nikki and I think my primaries are 105 and the secondaries are 160 but I would have to double check that.
What jets are you looking at? The fuel jets can't be seen unless the top is off the nikki cause they sit at the bottom of the fuel bowl under gas.Did you have the top off the carb then?

Jet sizes are sized according to how large your venturis are and your air bleeds. In other words they tie into how much air is entering your engine and how the engine responds to it. If you just swap in bigger jets and change nothing else, you are just going to go pig-rich which wastes gas and makes you slower.
