StreetPort 12a Performance
I have a Streetported 12a with a racing beat header and streetport exhaust. The carb and everything else is pretty much stock. How much power should my RX-7 be making?
I feel as if my car should have more power but I am really not sure. Is there a way to test or a crude way to compare acceleration or something with somebody with a similar setup?

Yeah, shutup kid.
With a stock carb, you should probably have 140-145fwhp, since I believe that's all it can do. With an upgraded carb, depending on how big of a street port, you COULD have anywhere between 160-215?fwhp.

I would look for ignition and carb/intake next...
My bro's SP car is like yours + Holley carb and RB intake. Pretty quick, even though we haven't had time to tune it in right yet. I think he ran like a 15 flat in the quarter running pig rich. Something along those lines at least.
Once we tune it and put the new ignition set-up on, it should be even more fun...

My problem is that I think my car is lacking power. Although I am not sure, my car felt quicker when it was stock. Is there any test I can perform to see if somthing is messed up or needs tuned?

Other than running it on a dyno with a wideband?
You could do a compression check I suppose, and check the AF ratio with a crappy 02 sensor and voltmeter to see if it is "tuned" correctly, then play with adjustments - same with timing.
