And it was going so well. Front-end float was .0019"
I need a new bolt, but more importantly I have to get the broken end out.
(And a more accurate torque wrench for the very low end range.)

OK, panic subsided. I took the pump off and there was just enough of the bolt sticking up to grab and turn.

Place I always seem to go wrong is when the torque spec for one bolt is in in/lbs instead of ft/lbs. Many times over the years I have missed that tiny change in notation. To my agony.

Ray,
All is good. They have a new home.
Thanks so much.
I'm no good a guess torque, so I got a 20-200 in-lb wrench. 5-7 ft-lbs works out to be 60-84 in-lbs, and that is a relatively light touch.
Probably old news but during disassembly after each part was cleaned it went into a labeled ziplock baggie and like parts were stored together in old (cleaned) litter pans.
