Talking Got a New Part In the Mail!!!

Well here it is...she is going to work just perfect for what i need it for...Drag racing...and drag racing only...At $76 a pop on ebay he/she can't go wrong...plus the radiator will save me space, and allow more room for my fuel cell...More pics will be on there way as soon as i get the car back from 2cute after she installs my lexan windows...

Talking How i wanted mounted

This is pretty much where the radiator is going to be at loction wise and mounting wise...I have to make some quick honda brackets for right now so i can get the ball rolling faster...I will be cutting of the water necks making new one's that will be threaded to match the electric water pump adapter i have there on the front housing...so i can run SS braided lines with an fitting's

Oh man here is the thing with the radiator...I saw it on ebay...and the size was exactly what i was looking for...But i didn't take note of the thickness, and on top of that on the website does not tell the thickness...I should have asked but i was too caught up in the momment at the time...placed the order and forgot about it...When i got it was way more then what i had expected for it's price...it's super duper lite weight, and compact...the only draw back is the the thickness of the core...But i guess we will see what happens on the track..

as long as you're running water and waterwetter w/o antifreeze i don't for see it being an issue. Just put the biggest and highest flowing fan you can fit on that radiator.

Yeah a lot of the half-size honda ebay radiators are the right size...but not the right thickness. My friend had a 99' civic si and bought a fluidyne radiator....it was compact half-size but was also pretty thick. Only difference from the thicker fluidyne and the one you bought...is the price....the fluidyne is about $300 off ebay.

id be curious to know the downfalls of running water only on a rotary.

there are some bad results with piston motors depending on setup.

watter wetter is made by redline iirc and its and additive for the water/coolant that is suppose to keep the water cooler. royal purple also makes a similar product called purple ice that i have in both my cars. doesnt seem to make a difference on the street but the **** was free so why not right?

you can get it at places like pep boys now. here is what it looks like

and the royal purple

Water boils easier then when its mixed with antifreeze. Watter wetter is desighned to stop that and take some of the extra minearls out of water. If youre curious to run water make a 80-20 mix of asntifreeze and water and run it.

Sorry for the hi-jack teddy
