i have a question though
what was the reason for mounting the turbo the way it is, as apposed to just along the side like normal? longer manifold?

oKay there is a story behind that turbo mani...that turbo mani was built for my 72 mazda rx2 that i just recently sold and in my sig there is a thread about that and also a thread about that build...I used that one for a few reasons...it was easier then fabbing a another one up...and it fit's...Longer runners=more boost pressure in the pipes...short pipes do not build up enough pressure...more pressure=more boost=more power=all hell breaking lose...
Plus i like the way the turbo is mounted that way it's closer to where my throttle body is going to be at...

Jesus Christ!!!
This was the modded motor mount that belongs to a 12a hammering here hammering there to make it fit...the only problem is that once the motor was placed in and tighten to the frame it pulled the rubber mounts back...was not aligned right in the car...i don't like doing **** half ***...
SOOO...4 damn motor mounts later I finally get the motor to fit the way i want it to fit...with the correct damn motor mount that i bought off a forum member here by the name of Manny Vidal...thanks bro...everything worked out the way it was supposed to...More pics coming later...

Man, despite all the drama you're going threw I'm glad you still stick around. That's one badass project you got going. Keep us posted on the progress and 1/4 mile time.

Teddy, next time for the motor mounts just get some 2.5" alluminum rod and cut two pieces at 1.360" and then drill a 3/8" hole down the middle. Solid motor mounts. You can play around with the deminsions for various purposes. This is what I use in my rx2 and works out great. Solid in the front and rubber for the trans. Most drag racers use this type of set up. Also, even on my bridgeport, I drive this on the street all the time and I don't even notice the engine has solid mounts. Rotary engine's are much smoother than piston engines. Good luck, keep it coming

Well call it what you want I tried...well i didn't try that hard but i got the front sway bar out of the car...to make room for my 92-95 honda civic radiator, and 5 gallon fuel cell, and front roll cage...
Yeah i used a hand grinder to gut off the sway bar...who cares i didn't want it...and my patience is very low...extremly low...

So now that the sway bar is out of the way, i can now put the 92-95 honda civc hatch radiator, 5 gallon fuel cell, belt driven fuel pump from aeromotive, guru motorsports mounting brackets for the pump, electric water pump, and what ever else up there with no problems...

I know i plan on picking up or buying a 92-95 honda civic radiator here soon...I need to keep the ball rolling...
