On a stock nikki is there a linkage for injecting the oil. I can't find it in the FSM. PO removed linkages and stuff, I've got most of it figured out except how oil gets to the carb from the oil metering pump. I've tead somwhere about the OMP linkage on the carb connectwd to the throttle linkage.?
any pics or description woukd be great
If its disconnected, they probably just removed or disconnected the rod btw the carb and pump. The engine drives the pump but the rod is actuated off the carb. The more throttle thats applied, the higher the pumps output. They could have also removed the pump itself and lines and blocked off the nipples on the carb and where the pump mounts to the engine.
The oil metering pump is still there and connected however I don't know what pushes the oil into the carburetor they disconnected all the linkages and now I'm trying to figure out how to put them all back together
If the lines are disconnected, no oil is being pushed to the carb. Did the previous owner pre mix? Here is how / where both ends attach. Red is the rod, blue are the lines.
the rod attaches to both the MOP and carb. in the diagram that Banzai posted (the upper one), it is circled in red. they are linked so that when you hit the throttle, it pulls up on the arm of the MOP.

diabolical1 is correct. The rod and parts in the circle is how the rod attaches to the carb. They just drew it in an exploded view for clarity. The line extending down from the circle shows the actual attachment location. Here is another shot of the attachment and the actual location. It's the same as j tso's original pic in post #2, where he labeled it as: OMP ROD. It just doesn't show the rod, only where it attaches.
