HELP, I broke my Wolf3d V4
I broke my Wolf 3d V4 plus.
I was driving and didn't like a setting I put on the BAC because it was idleing at 3k. So I while driving I quickly turn of and on the ignition and that is, it died. I had to roll to stop and push it over.
I looked over all my fuses and nothing was blown. The ECU gets power at the plug, so is not the wires, fuses, or relays. The ecu led does not turn on now and no power on the hand controller. I have concluded that the ECU has gone bad on me.
Now for the HELP part. Where can I get this fix? Does WOLF have a USA center to send it for repair or do I have to ship it to Aussie? Hopefully the repair is free since it has Lifetime warranty right?
So Help again!

Hi mate,
It sounds like you have blown the little fuse inside the ecu [mainly due to voltage spikes]. You can probably fix it your self if you like. Just undo the screws on the plug side [and the 2 little ones on the side]. Once you have slid the board out,you will see a little white fuse with a dab of glue on it,just pick the glue off and take the little fuse out. The early ones are a 2 amp fuse with the later model wolfs haveing a 3 amp item. Just take it to a electronics store and grab a 3 amp item. Its very easy to do and will probably cost around $0.50. I ahve changed a few of them [mainly the 2 amp ones] and replace them with the 3 amp ones...
Cheers

Well I open the ecu up. All I see that could be fuses are 2 slots marked F1 & F2. They look like little cartridges. Don't know if they sell that over here. Is Sunday here, every thing is closed but Fry's eletronics. Don't think they would have that.
Do they have a special name for those fuses?
