I'll post my pics (mostly parking lot pics) later tonight. I wanted to take pics of MDPalmer's car shooting flames in the NASCAR straight, but I let caution prevail and kept both of my hands on my steering wheel.

The car ran great, I just need new tires on all four corners :p My front tires were complete trash by the end of the 3rd session, so I had to drive back home, pick up a pair of take-off tires I had in my garage, and get them mounted by the 4th session.

And yes - In terms of organization - it was very chaotic... Everyone had the same color wrist band, anyone could drive in any group, tech inspection was chaotic and a waste of time - they didn't do anything other than put the beacon stickers (which sucked) on my car and look at my helmet. And some people weren't even allowed to receive their t-shirt because they didn't have a receipt, which wasn't mentioned when checking out online.

Oh - AND IF YOU WANT TO POTENTIALLY RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL $50 OFF - you need to e-mail BRENT from Redline (I *think* his e-mail is Brent@redlinetimeattack.com) and see if you can still get in on the Webrides.tv sponsorship. That is a great photo. I would make a poster out of that. Car looks great Mr. Seoul!!! Was one hell of a fun day, the wind was a little much but otherwise pretty nice. Glad you came out man, I have some video of you shooting flames again when you waved me onto the roval bank and we were next to each other, I will post it later in addition to some pics I took.

^^ No kidding, same with me. I was letting a lot of people pass me, you included. How fast were you going on the 2nd part of the bank? I think I let you by at least twice on that part of the track. If I was going faster than 100 I got a little nervous on that section.

 

LOL it ranged from 85mph (first time) to something between 115-120 at the fastest. I think I averaged 110. edit: keep in mind that I only looked at my speedometer for a split second at a time. My memory could be embellished.

There was a silver RX-8 at the track I was chasing on that bank. I believe that's when I hit my fastest speed on that section. I followed too closely and almost followed him through the cones near the first hard left. That was the closest time I got to hitting a cone with my front bumper.

 

nice shots! i should really start buying prints from caliphotography. i got too lazy to walk around seeing other cars, since we're parked soo far from everyone else haha. my car was getting hot on the main straight forcing me to let off, anyone else had heating problems?

think i need to replace my right front tire

Henry- My temps were pretty high too. Every 2 or 3 laps I had to let off or go off the track to cool down.

Wait thats Fris in the RX8, who was in the red FC in the novice group?

Your line at the end of the second straight away under the bridge is an interesting one. Will have to try that next time.
